They’ve earned that status by consistently delivering exceptional quality, professionalism, and seamless service that aligns beautifully with the experiences we want for our clients. Their familiarity with our space and standards helps ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
That said, we also understand that every client’s vision is unique. You’re always welcome to bring in your own trusted vendors if you prefer. Our goal is to support your event in the way that feels right for you—whether that’s with one of our amazing partners or a team you’ve personally selected.

Personal Choice Vendors
For the safety of our clients, guests, and partners, all vendors working Events at the Gallery are required to carry appropriate insurance—typically commercial general liability—to cover any property damage or bodily injury that may occur in the course of their work. As the venue’s insurance does not extend to outside vendors, each vendor must provide a current Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming Events at the Gallery as an additional insured. We need this no less than 14 days before your event.
