Alcohol Guidelines

The Venue holds a valid liquor license, and all alcoholic beverages served, sold, distributed, or consumed on the premises must be handled in accordance with the Venue’s liquor license, Venue policies, and all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
 

The service, sale, possession, and consumption of alcoholic beverages are subject to the Venue’s current alcohol policies and procedures. The Venue reserves the right to establish or modify requirements regarding alcohol service as necessary to maintain compliance with its liquor license and applicable law.

Clients must disclose their plans for alcohol service to the Venue in advance of the Event and receive approval before making arrangements involving alcoholic beverages.
 

Outside alcohol may not be brought onto or consumed on the premises unless expressly authorized by the Venue.
 

The Venue and its authorized representatives reserve the right to refuse or discontinue alcohol service, remove unauthorized alcoholic beverages, or take other reasonable action when necessary to comply with applicable law, liquor-license requirements, or Venue policies.
 

The Client and all guests, vendors, and service providers are required to comply with the Venue’s alcohol policies throughout the Event.
