Parking & Guest Access

Guests enjoy convenient access to multiple professionally managed parking options surrounding the venue, including covered garages directly across the street and a surface lot located beside our Main Street entrance. Advance parking coordination is available for larger events and group registrations.


1. Main Street Garage (17 W First St or 223 N Main St)

Located directly across from the venue, the Main Street Garage is managed by Metropolis and is easily recognized as the building that houses The Flying Pizza, a longtime downtown Dayton destination. Guests are encouraged to download the Metropolis app in advance for a seamless arrival experience.

✔ $9 daily rate.

Guests may preregister directly through Metropolis using the form below. For added convenience, our venue team is also happy to coordinate guest parking arrangements on your behalf.

For larger groups or multiple attendee registrations, please contact our venue management team at least 48 hours in advance so we may simplify the process for your guests.



2. First Street Garage (23 W First St)
An additional covered parking garage is conveniently located adjacent to the Main Street Garage, offering expanded parking availability for events and peak attendance periods.

​

Metered street parking is also available along First Street and throughout the surrounding Theatre District.

​

Street parking is managed by the City of Dayton through the Passport Parking app, available on both Apple and Android devices.

​

Parking meters are enforced Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and are complimentary during evenings and weekends.

3. Open-Air Surface Lot (125 N Main St)

Guests may also utilize the open-air surface lot located directly beside our Main Street entrance for quick and convenient access to the venue.

The lot is professionally managed by AirGarage and offers flexible mobile payment options upon arrival. Guests may also download the AirGarage mobile app in advance for added convenience.

Flexible payment options include:

  • Scanning the onsite QR code

  • Texting “PAY” to 937-857-5789

  • Using the AirGarage mobile app
     

Bulk parking coordination and prepaid guest parking options are also available for larger events upon request.

Convenient rideshare pickup and drop-off access is also available directly outside the venue entrance.

Our team is always happy to assist with guest parking coordination to help ensure a seamless arrival experience for your event attendees.

Prepay Parking: Flying Pizza Garage

Register for your event parking pass.  A fee of $9.00 applies per vehicle.  
This is valid ONLY for the Main St Garage at the corner of West First St and North Main St (houses The Flying Pizza Shop). The garage is secured, well-lit, and monitored. There is handicap access and our event venue is right across the street beside Bistecca Steakhouse.
