Music Guidelines

We have proper licensing in place through ASCAP (The American Society of Composers, Authors, and Publishers)  and BMI (Broadcast Music, Inc), and allow covers of songs within their libraries. We do not currently have SESAC or GMR licensing.

Original music is always welcome.

Do you have a playlist you want to play over our speakers? We utilize SoundMachine for commercially legal music (your private subscriptions are not licensed for public use).

We welcome your playlist though, and here's how we do it:
1. You submit a link to your playlist, or a file.
2. We sync to our SoundMachine account via TuneMyMusic
3. Music is already here and ready to go for your event

We recommend supplying as many songs as possible, because some will likely be rejected for licensing reasons. SoundMacine recommends 100 songs minimum. We realize that's not always feasible. Early submission of a playlist is recommended so we can accurately see what is accepted by the program for legal use.

For live music, we recommend setlist submission. We don't mind checking the songs against the PROs (Performing Rights Organizations) databases on your behalf. We will not be responsible for any fees incurred by licensing companies we do not own licensing rights to.
