Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy

Client Cancellation

Clients may cancel their event by submitting written notice to the Gallery at least sixty (60) days before the scheduled event date. Once the cancellation is confirmed in writing by the Gallery:

  • Any unpaid balances not yet due will be waived

  • Any deposits paid will be refunded in full

Please note: the final rental payment is due sixty (60) days prior to the event date. Cancellations made within sixty (60) days of the event are non-refundable, and the Client remains responsible for the full contracted amount.

Rescheduling Requests

Clients may request to reschedule their event at least sixty (60) days before the original event date, subject to venue availability.

  • Approved date changes require a written amendment to the agreement

  • A rescheduling fee may apply

  • Payments already made may be transferred to the new event date one (1) time only

Requests submitted within sixty (60) days of the event are not guaranteed and may be treated as a cancellation.

Gallery Cancellation

If the Gallery must cancel the event due to circumstances within its control, the Client may choose one of the following options:

  • A full refund of all payments made, including deposits

  • Rescheduling to a mutually agreed-upon date at no additional cost

This shall be the Client’s sole remedy.

Force Majeure / Uncontrollable Events

If the event cannot take place due to circumstances beyond either party’s control — including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, emergencies, or acts of God — both parties will make a good faith effort to reschedule the event within twelve (12) months.

If rescheduling is not possible, the Gallery may issue a partial refund at its discretion, excluding any non-recoverable expenses already incurred.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) business days after written confirmation of cancellation or termination of the agreement.
