Vendor Application

Gem City Luxe Market is a curated monthly shopping experience showcasing elevated local makers, artists, vintage curators, boutique brands, and small businesses throughout the Dayton region.
 

We focus on thoughtful curation, strong visual presentation, and creating a welcoming community-centered experience for both vendors and shoppers.

  • mass-produced imports

  • MLM/direct sales companies

  • counterfeit/branded replicas

  • excessive duplication of existing vendors

Our goal is to create a thoughtful, inspiring market experience that supports both vendors and the local community while maintaining a high standard of quality and presentation.

Vendor Space Includes:

  • 10 ft frontage space

  • Access to electricity (if applicable)

  • Indoor (temperature and weather controlled!) location

Vendors Must Provide:

  • Displays 

  • Tables/ Chairs

Pricing:

  • $100 flat rate

  • $15 6' table rental

  • $1 linens rental

Category Selection
Vendor spaces are $100. Please let us know if you would like to request any available add-ons or accommodations:

Vendors are selected based on product quality, category balance, presentation, and overall alignment with the Gem City Luxe Market aesthetic. Accepted applications remain eligible for consideration for up to one year.

Vendor Expectations

  • Booths must remain staffed during event hours.

  • Vendors must keep spaces clean.

  • No early teardown.

  • Professional conduct required.

  • Products must match approved application.

Cancellation Policy

  • Booth fees are nonrefundable within 30 days of the event.

  • Approved cancellations made later may receive transfer credit toward a future market.

Social Media Agreement

  • Accepted vendors agree to help promote the market through social media and event marketing materials. 

  • Participation in Gem City Luxe Market grants Events at the Gallery permission to capture and use photographs and video footage of vendors, booths, products, and attendees for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes.
